game 3 - prison break
The cult has access to arms now after the success of the armoury raid. Now in order to put them to use some more manpower is in required. To bring down the order and control, in this sector of the city at least, will take a determined assault on the main Administratum complex. To achieve this the cult leader forms a desperate plan. Nowhere else will they find a plentiful and ready source of easily influenced and anti-Imperial feeling people but the Arbite prison building. If they can bust out enough prisoners they will be able to form a small militia! The stage is set...
break in!
The cultists move up ready to try and bust open the first doors
Upon entering the prison complex through the air ducts they'd busted into, the cult wasted no time and moved up the corridors towards the heart of the wing they had entered. Ignoring the muffled cries from the nearby cells for now, the front cultists readied their crowbars and got to work.
The prison wardens wandered up and down their designated corridor patrol, not expecting anything out of the ordinary. They walked idly, two of them stopping to chat briefly before moving off again.
The cultists on the left side easily busted the first door and moved up to bust the next door, behind which a warden was walking. Timing would be critical.

first gambit
The cultists on the right side waited impatiently for the door in their way to be dealt with but it was staying put for now. As the warden made his way down the left corridor, the cultists hid around a corner, hoping they would not be spotted. Luckily the warden stopped short and turned to walk away. Seeing a chance the cultists rounded the corner, the lead cultist swinging up his flamer to fill the corridor with white-hot fire. The warden was consumed in the fires, but before he succumbed he screamed a warning into his short range security-vox, and thirty seconds later alarms started wailing throughout the prison.

Chaos ensues...
Last Gasp
The prisoners and cultists pushed forwards to consolidate their position as the Arbite Commander finally fell, but they were not quite quick enough to stop a prison warden from entering the Control Centre. Seeing he would only have one more chance to take down the Arbite inside, the cultist leapt forward into combat. If he won, he could open up the remaining cell rooms and unleash a tide of prisoners into the rear of the wardens and guards in the corridors. Furthermore he could lock down the furthest doors, cutting off the chance of further reinforcements and creating a clear escape route out of the prison. He did well, striking his man twice, but both of his strikes were thwarted by the Arbites carapace plate. The warden rushed into the room and with a surprise attacked took the cultist down with his shock staff. Outside the wardens moved up to block the entrance. Seeing that there was no hope now of freeing any more prisoners, and with there now being few left standing thanks to the supreme efforts of the Arbite Commander, the remaining cultists had no choice but to try and escape with their lives.
Escape
Breaking away from the fighting the last two cultists ran back to the air ducts from which they had entered. Having lost a large number in the fighting, only two prisoners are able to escape with them. Determined to the end, the Arbite Commander gives chase but cannot stop them diving into the ducts to freedom.
The prison break over, and with far two few numbers to launch an assault on the Administratum building, they would need to come up with a new plan...
